Jalapeno Cheddar Ring Bologna DIY Kit

Our Old Fashioned Ring Bologna is even better with Jalapenos and Cheddar Cheese! It's also flavored with Salt, Pepper, Garlic and whichever meat you choose to use! This easy kit takes the guesswork out of making a classic meat snack.

We make these with beef and venison but it's also great for elk or bison with pork trim or fat mixed in too! Aim for fat content totaling around 20% by weight.

  

This Kit Includes the following ingredients to add into 25 lbs of meat:

• 1 pack of Salt and Pepper Seasoning (9oz)
• 1 pack of Pre-tied Ring Bologna Collagen Casing - 40mm x 18" - 25 pieces
• 1 Pack of Bearded Butcher Sure Cure (Sodium Nitrite) (1oz)
  
  • (This product contains sodium nitrite with a concentration of less than 10%)
    
• 1 pack of Encapsulated Citric Acid (3oz)
• 1 pack of Dried Minced Garlic (2oz)
• 1 pack of Hickory Smoke Flavor Powder (3oz)
• 1 pack of Dried Jalapeno (4oz)
• 1 pack of Hi-temp Diced Cheddar Cheese (2.5 lbs)
