How is your meat shipped to ensure freshness?
All our premium meat cuts are vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to maintain a safe, frozen temperature throughout transit.
Are your seasonings and sauces gluten-free?
Yes, many of our signature Bearded Butcher blends are gluten-free and contain no MSG. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed nutritional information.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping takes between 1-4 days to ensure your perishable items arrive in optimal condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our perishable meat products within the contiguous United States. However, our dry goods, such as seasonings and apparel, can be shipped to select international locations.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
How should I store my meat once it arrives?
Upon delivery, please transfer your meat products to the freezer immediately. If you plan to consume them within 3-5 days, you may store them in the refrigerator.
